Eighty Percent of Human Life with its Time and Energy is utterly wasted on pursuits (physical exertions/thoughts/desires/pleasures/selfish love/hate) that is nothing to do with the survival and normal duties of a Human Being.
They are also responsible for all the unnecessary physical and mental sufferings and pain faced including diseases.
The Divine Game of Human Life for vast majority seems to be nothing but seeking outwardly one thing or the other aimed at pleasure/happiness without any rest of mind; and finally burning out; and dying without Peace.
Sages, Jnanis and Saints advise Human Beings to channelize their time and energy (that is being needlessly wasted) to make efforts to realize their Real Nature and Be at Peace, immune to all sufferings and pain and realizing their oneness with the entire Universal Existence transcending all deluding dualities.

Loving Mother Kalikambal, SivaSakthi, whatever actions one does with agitated, restless mind, without calmness/peace, in emotional states such as anger or fear or worry or excited happiness etc., will be certainly wrong or faulty or bad or adharmic/unrighteous and will cause pain & sufferings to oneself and others/innocents; the actions will be sinful producing bad karmic fruits for present or future with painful unexpected/unknown outcomes/consequences. The triggering root for all the above troubles are selfish desires/hatreds/attachments dominating one's mind that are concerned with pain & sufferings laden transient worldly pleasures. The actions due to them will certainly be irresponsible reactions only and not responsible actions. Of all the selfish desires, the most dangerous ones that lead to great sins and pain & sufferings and further terrible desires in humans are: Lust and Greed for Wealth/Money. Great Mother SivaSakthi, hence, those who want to lead a self-reforming/self-purifying God/Your surrendered/centered dharmic/righteous needs & actions driven life with pure, peaceful and fearless mind must through discrimination/investigation & dispassion eradicate all selfish desires/hatreds/attachments from their mind which only strengthens the terrible Ego/Individuality of I & Mine, the narrow selfish finiteness preventing one to attain the births-deaths ending God/Self-Realization, the internal eternal state of limitless, inseparable, ever Fearless, Pure, Blissful and Peaceful Universal Oneness & Existence with God/You Mother ParaSakthi.
